Dear Kilmer Families,
As we all know, Coronavirus is an evolving situation. Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) is closely monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and working closely with the Fairfax County Health Department and following the guidance of public health professionals on steps we must take to protect the health and safety of our students, staff and community. Dr. Brabrand, Superintendent, is sending regular communications to the FCPS community. These communications include the most recent information. Please be sure to read these communications. All the communications can also be found at the Coronavirus Updates link.
At Kilmer, we are implementing the procedures and guidelines outlined in the COVID-19 Updates and Communications.
Monday, March 16 is a student holiday. Staff will be participating in training to prepare for the possibility of distance learning in the event of a school(s) closure.
