It's Time for Kindergarten!
If your child is turning 5 years old on or before September 30, 2020, please bring them to Kindergarten Orientation. Vienna Elementary School's Kindergarten Orientation is on March 31 at 1:30 p.m. For more information on all of Region 1's Kindergarten Orientations, please click on the Events Page Link at the bottom of this page for more information.

Staff Basketball Game vs. Cunningham Park
Come and get your spirit on for the annual faculty basketball game. On March 31st at 7:00, your favorite faculty and staff at VES will play the staff at Cunningham Park Elementary. Doors open at 6:00 at Madison High School. And there may even be a half time hula hoop contest with some of your favorites teachers. It's a pink out!! Wear neon pink to show spirit. In fact, wear it all day. The kids will have a pep rally at the end of the day before the game. Pink shirts will be sold this year at Curriculum Night (March 5). $10/shirt. Student Dismissal Changes
Please make sure and have all your dismissal changes to the attendance email before noon every day. Any change in dismissal notes received after noon will need to have the approval of the principal.
LATE-BREAKING ADDITION TO DINING FOR DOLLARS LINE-UP: THE CASUAL PINT ON MARCH 22!
The Casual Pint is a brand new, VES-family owned pub in Falls Church and owners Darren and Marinn McClure have invited the VES community to join them for a fun Dining for Dollars on Sunday, March 22, from 12-4 pm. The Casual Pint is located at 6410 Arlington Blvd, Falls Church - about a 15 minute drive - and features fun games, TVs (for the March Madness fans!), a kid-friendly menu, craft root beer on tap, and 34 rotating craft beers on tap, plus wine and great food for the grown-ups! Bring the attached flyer and your whole clan for lunch or snacks, and The Casual Pint will donate 20% of profits back to the VES PTA!
