PTSA Showing of Screenagers: The Next Chapter – April 1st
The PTSA will be showing Screenagers: The Next Chapter on April 1st at 7 pm in the library. Filmmaker and physician Dr. Delaney Ruston takes the conversation around screens and teens to the next level with Screenagers NEXT CHAPTER: Uncovering Skills for Stress Resilience—a film that examines the science behind teen’s emotional challenges, the interplay of social media, and most importantly, what can be done in our schools and homes to help them build crucial skills to navigate stress, anxiety, and depression in our digital age. All families and students are invited to view this important film. It is appropriate for students 6th grade and older.

Focus Group Forming: Parent participation needed:
Mr. Daniel Seidenberg, Physics teacher at Lee, is organizing a focus group to gather thoughts and prepare recommendations for the administration around our school’s mission and vision and would like parent participation. He would like to ensure that parents’ valuable input is considered as we discuss our school’s important work together.
The focus group will take place on an afternoon that works best for the majority of interested participants after school. Additionally, teacher, student, and community members will be invited, as well. If you are interested in participating, please contact Mr. Seidenberg at dpseidenberg@fcps.edu.

We need members to make the PTSA run! By joining the PTSA you not only support Lee High School but are connected to a state and national organization that advocates for our children.
The PTSA uses MemberHub to bring you into our school community and keep you informed and engaged with what is happening. Within our MemberHub site, you will find shared calendar events, reminders, and much more all in one place! You also will be able to pay membership dues and donate to the PTSA. We will keep adding more in the coming months.
Your information is stored securely and privately. Once you've joined, you will have access to various hubs that are important and specific to you and your family. You will be able manage your profile, your family, communication preferences, and download the MemberHub iPhone or Android app.
