3rd grade

3rd Graders in the Library

Third graders have been working in the library to learn about computer science this year. After writing a fractured fairytale, they worked to decompose story elements so they can animate their own stories on Scratch.

A.M. Arrival Reminders:

Kiss & Ride - Drop-off begins at 8:50 A.M. Students will report to the cafeteria until 9:05 A.M. at which time they will be dismissed to their classrooms. After 9:15 A.M. students will need to be brought into the building and checked in at the front office.

Walkers - Gather at the bottom on the trail at the end of Wild Cherry Place by 9:00 A.M. A Crossfield staff member will wave the students down the path between 9:00-9:05 A.M. to the back entrance. If your child arrives at the path after 9:05 A.M. you will need to walk them to the front door.

If you would like to walk your child into the building, please park your car (lower parking lot on the right) and walk them into the building. You will need to wait with them in the lobby until 8:50 A.M. at which time they can go to the cafeteria until 9:05 A.M.

Bus Loop - Do not drive up or attempt to park in the bus loop between the hours of 8:40-9:15 A.M. You will get trapped by our buses arriving, and will have to wait.

Please do not at any time drop your child off at the front door without coming into the building and checking them in at the front office.

Note: Staff is not available to supervise students at any of these locations before 8:50 A.M.
