Happy New Year, Fairhill Community!

We hope everyone had a relaxing time off during Winter break. Our whole staff is rejuvenated and ready to go! We are looking forward to 2020 and all the opportunities it brings for your children. Our students and teachers have gotten off to a great start in the classrooms and specials.  Our staff remains committed to our vision to prepare children for a productive future by providing for successes in a positive, enriching and academically stimulating environment. We celebrate diversity, foster mutual respect and embrace collaboration as we unite to achieve common purposes and clear goals.

Our students are excited to play and explore our new playground.  Many thanks to our PTA for providing funding for an additional piece of equipment.

As always, please feel free to reach out to teachers or staff with any questions or solutions you may have.

Happy 2020!!

Save the Date: Career Fair will be March 30th

Save the date for our second annual Career Fair on March 30, 2020! The purpose of Career Day is to expose students to a variety of careers in order to jumpstart their thinking about the future. By preparing early, students will be more likely to be college and career ready after high school graduation. Students in grades 2-6 will participate in Career Day.

However, we can’t do it without you! Please be thinking about how you can support Career Day! More information on this flyer or see today's Tuesday Folder.

Dreambox

Have you seen our Dreambox Hall of Fame at Fairhill?  Students who have completed all the Dreambox standards in every grade level below their current one have a certificate hanging in this hallway.  At the beginning of the year, only 5 students accomplished this.  The number of certificates increased more than ten-fold.  We believe every Fairhill tiger can achieve this!  Do you want to see EXACTLY what your child’s classroom teacher can see in terms of math progress on Dreambox?  Create a parent account by following these directions here.
