Good Afternoon Waples Mill Families,
It was a pleasure seeing so many in attendance at our Family Heritage Night! A big thanks to all of our families who participated and shared with us, and to the many volunteers who helped support this wonderful event!

Advanced Academic Program Information
A parent information meeting will be held at Waples Mill on December 5, 2019 @ 6:00pm, in the School Cafeteria. The Advanced Academic Resource Teacher, Carrie Bannon (cmbannon@fcps.edu), will provide information about levels of service and examples at Waples Mill, as well as explain and answer questions about the screening process for part-time school based and Level IV services. The meeting is open to all K-6 parents.
The spring deadline for Level lV referrals is January 9, 2020, for the 2020-2021 school year. Level IV referral forms and screening materials are due on or before the due date to the school office by 4:30pm. Further information can be found at this link. Click here
Join the Oakton High Band for a Children's Holiday Wonderland Concert
Enjoy an interactive holiday concert, specially crafted to keep kids interested and entertained. Listen, clap and sing along to favorite holiday tunes. Children can create holiday crafts in the Wonderland Workshop. Adults can relax in the Cocoa Cafe and snap a special pic of your child at our Santa Photo Station.
