No Homework Over the Holidays
We are all looking forward to the Thanksgiving and Winter breaks! Whatever your plans may be, we hope that you will find time to spend with those who are dear to you. We want all of our students to return to school rejuvenated.
Here are a few reminders that were shared with our staff about school work over the above mentioned break:
- To help alleviate stress, students should not be required to complete work over school breaks.
- Please provide enough time for students to complete their work within the normal school calendar. No work should be due at least the first two days after a break.
- Pace yourself to avoid major assessments immediately upon return from the break.
These guidelines will assist with providing our students and community a philosophy that puts our students and family time as top priority during the holidays.
