Tryouts November 11, 12 and 13 in the Field House. Freshman and JV will meet at 3:15pm, Varsity will meet at 4:15pm.

Tryouts will begin on November 11 at 3:30pm. Times after are Tuesday and Wednesday at 5:30pm. All practices after tryouts are at 5:30pm

Swim (Tryouts) 3:25-4:25 at George Washington Rec Center. Monday, Tuesday, Wedensday and Thursday. Must be able to swim 500 yards in 10 minutes or less.
Dive (Tryouts) 4:25-5:25 at George Washington Rec Center. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday. No prerequisites required.

To tryout all paperwork must be filled out appropriately
1. VHSL Physical Form dated after May 1
2. Updated Emergency Care form
3. Concussion Education form signed by student and parent/guardian
