Senior Regional Orchestra

Hayfield Hawk, Serenity Flores, has been selected to the Senior Regional Orchestra on harp for the second year in a row. The orchestra is one of the most elite in the state and will allow her to audition for All-VA orchestra in February. The concert will be directed by Daniel Myssyk of VCU on Saturday, November 9 at 2:30pm at Fairfax HS.

Congratulations Serenity!

H2N Newsmagazine and Yearbook Awards

The Hayfield newspaper, the H2N Newsmagazine, and the school yearbook for 2018-2019 have been evaluated by the Publications Evaluation Services of the Virginia High School League. The publications both received an outstanding achievement rating of "Excellent".

Furthermore, for both publications, we have been given a "First Class" recognition award that we may frame and display proudly.  Congratulations to our scholastic Journalism and Yearbook students, Mrs. Eckard, and to all who contributed in making the news magazine and yearbook outstanding!
