Are your children missing any clothing? Please stop by to take a look if you are missing something before 4 p.m. on Wednesday, October 30. After October 30th, anything left will be packed up and donated.
Parents please write your child’s first and last name on the inside of winter coats to ensure they can be returned to your child during the frigid winter months!

Our next Family Tech Talk is Friday, November 1, at 8 a.m. in Ms. Li's classroom 133.
The topic will be Newsela, NoRedInk, and more. Students are welcome to attend, however if they cannot, YOU MUST HAVE YOUR CHILD’S LOG IN INFORMATION!!! Also, please keep in mind that you/students are welcome to bring your device.

Picture Retake Day

If your child was absent from school on picture day, or if you would like your child's photo retaken, please return your original package on Picture Retake Day.

 The results are in! Thanks to your generous donations and volunteer hours we had:
Student Registration Percentage: 81%
Total Number of Laps Ran at the Fun Run: 27,481
Student Pledge Percentage: 69%
School Profit: $42,534
We will be putting together some ideas for how to spend the money at our November PTA meeting on November 20th, 7 p.m., Willow Springs Library.
Have Carpentry Skills?
Our STEAM teacher, Ms. Fisher-Maltese, is looking for a parent volunteer who has carpenter skills who might be interested in helping her and our 4th and 5th grade ENCORE students build a bird blind and a weather station for the school's outdoor classroom. Please email her at cfishermalte@fcps.edu if you are able to help. This nature observation station will benefit students at all grade levels in the life sciences for years to come!
