2019 Fairfax County Youth Survey
West Potomac High school will be administering to 10th and 12th graders the annual Fairfax County Youth Survey between November 13-15, 2019. The survey asks questions about risky behavior, mental health, physical health, and safety. Parents and guardians have the right to preview and opt out of the survey. For further information and to access the opt-out form, please click on the link below in your preferred language.
