Dear Fox Mill Families and Friends,
We welcomed October with enthusiasm as it seems fall is truly on its way. We are half way through the first quarter and interim reports will be coming home in the next few weeks. We encourage you to contact your child's teacher to set up a conference to discuss successes and/or challenges.

Fall individual student pictures will be taken on Thursday, October 10th. Order forms are coming home with students today. You may either place your order and pay online or send the order form and payment to school with your student on Thursday.
Pictures will be taken on Thursday, October 10th. The pictures are scheduled to begin at 8:50 and end at noon. Please let me know if you are interested and available. Ideally we will have two volunteers for each shift—8:50-10:20, and 10:20-11:50. If you are available to help, please contact Susan Sterner in the office, ststerner@fcps.edu. Thank you!
Hello Fox Mill Community! This is my 6th year overall as a School Psychologist and 5th with FCPS. I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Dayton in Ohio, and my graduate degree in School Psychology at George Mason University. In addition to the elementary level, I have also worked at the middle and high school levels. My favorite thing about being a School Psychologist is being a positive role model and working one on one with students. In my free time, I enjoy staying active including long distance running and hiking, watching sports, and trying out new restaurants. I’m excited to join the staff at Fox Mill and will be here every other Monday, Thursdays, and Fridays. Please feel free to contact me with any questions/concerns, or to introduce yourself.
