Administrative Spotlight

North Springfield Families,

Now that the school year has begun, the administrative team will include a weekly highlight from around the school. We have so many wonderful activities happening at North Springfield, and we want to share them with you.

This week's highlight centers around our music program. At North Springfield, our students have the opportunity to begin playing musical instruments in 4th and 5th grade.

Today, we were visited by the U.S Marine Corps Strings Duo who played for our 4th grade students. The theme was friendship and the joy of learning to play a strings instrument.

Thank you Mr. Kimball, Mr. Johnson, and Mr. McMahon for organizing this wonderful show and encouraging our students to pursue playing an instrument in the future.

We hope you will enjoy our weekly highlights.

Student Safety

In order to assure that our students are always safe, please remember the following rules for our school:

  • If you drive your child to school, do not release your child from your car before 8:15. We want to make sure there is adult supervision.
  • If you walk your child into the school, please use the front door and enter through the office. All visitors must have a pass while in the building.

We appreciate your cooperation so that we can make North Springfield a safe environment for all students and staff.
