A Message from Principal Badini

Greetings, families!

It has been another exciting week of learning at Graham Road! I enjoyed seeing teachers and students in action. Students are reading, writing, solving problems and having conversations about their learning with each other. Perhaps one of the best parts of my day is seeing all the smiling faces in classrooms and hallways. I encourage you to ask your child what made them smile that day when they arrive at home!

Wednesday, October 2 is National Walk to School Day. This day is observed by schools around the country to promote health and wellness. If your child plans on walking or biking to school, adult supervision is required. If your child rides their bike to school and wants to ride it home, they will need to be supervised on the way home as well. Please send a note with students indicating you will meet them in the Kiss and Ride line to be escorted home on their bike.  Buses will run normal routes this day but if you are able to walk with your child to school, it will be a great way to start the day together. You may even see some Graham Road staff and teachers participating! Have a wonderful week!
