We look forward to welcoming  students and families to Crossfield for our Open House on Thursday, August 22 from 2-3:00 P.M.


Open House is a time to drop off materials, medications (in the clinic), meet your teacher and catch up with friends. If you have specific questions related to your child, you can find teacher email addresses here.


Back to School

Classroom/Teacher Placement Letters

A letter from your teacher along with bus information will be mailed to each registered Crossfield student on Monday, August 19. If you haven't received yours by the time our open house begins on Thursday, August 22, please stop in the office beginning at 2:00 P.M. and we will be happy to assist you.


Kindergarten

Last Playdate for Rising Kindergarteners!

Thursday, Aug. 22 - 1 P.M.

We will be at the lower grade playground (to the right of the school when facing the front door). Please make sure you bring a water bottle and use the restroom ahead of time.

Walkers

Crossfield Walkers!

If you are one of our Crossfield walkers, please gather at the bottom of the trail at the end of Wild Cherry Place b9:00 A.M. each morning. A Crossfield staff member will wave the students down the path between 9-9:05 each morning to the back entrance. If you arrive later than 9:05 A.M. and the staff member has left, please walk your child to the front on the building. Thank you!


Bus Delay Notification System

This system provides parent with timely notification of late bus route information. Parents may access the system to receive the delayed bus report. Morning route information will be available until noon, afternoon route information will be available from 1-7 p.m.


Medication

If your child needs medication to be administered during the school year, you may drop it off in the clinic during open house, as well as the 1st day of school. Students are NOT permitted to bring their own medication to school. Please remember to bring the completed medication authorization form


Lunch

The price for lunch is $3.25 including milk.  Students can also choose to bring lunch from home.  To pay for school lunch you can deposit money into your child’s lunch account online, or send a check the first day of school (payable to Crossfield Elementary School), or pay online at: www.myschoolbucks.com. Lunch menus are available online here:  Nutrislice.


Birthday Treats

Please do NOT send in edible birthday treats for your student. We recommend sending in non-edible items such as books, stickers, etc. Please coordinate with your classroom teacher PRIOR to sending anything in.
