 Please join us on August 22nd from 2:30-4:00 to meet your child's teacher and visit their new classroom. During this event you are welcome to bring in your child’s school supplies. If you pre-ordered school supplies through the PTA, those supplies will be available for pick up.
Members of the PTA will be here, and we encourage you to stop by their table to learn about volunteer opportunities and to become a member.

The first day of school for the 2019-20 school year will be Monday, August 26, 2019; the last day will be Friday, June 12, 2020.

If you arrive at 8:55 or later, please park in a visitors spot and escort your child to the main office.

Bus Information
Bus Number, Routes and Times:
Each student will receive their assigned bus number, bus stop and pick up time through email, text and phone messages directly from the FCPS Office of Transportation. These messages will be sent out next week.
Kindergarten students who ride the bus in the afternoon MUST be met at the bus door and asked for by name by a parent, parent designee, guardian, or a responsible middle school age or higher sibling. Children will be returned to school if the driver has concerns for their safety.

FCPS Summer FEEDS Program
Hunger doesn’t take a vacation and neither do we! The Office of Food and Nutrition Services will be hosting the 2019 FEEDS (Food for Every child to Eat During Summer) program at various locations across Fairfax County this summer. FNS will offer no-cost lunch to all children 18 years of age as well as low-cost adult meals.
There is no registration involved, and everyone is welcome. Meal service will be provided Monday to Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. starting June 14 to August 23 (some sites start on June 17), with no service July 4-5.
