Dear Wakefield Forest ES Families,
We are looking forward to welcoming all of you back for the 2019-2020 school year.
Do you have a new neighbor with a school age child? Please let your neighbor know they should register at Wakefield Forest as soon as possible to ensure we are fully staffed and prepared to welcome all of our students. The first day of school is Monday, August 26, 2019. We can’t wait to have our students here.
The transportation department sent out communication earlier in August about bus routes. Another communication is expected to go out from the transportation department about bus routes by August 23, 2019. Should you have further questions about transportation for your child, please contact the main office at 703-503-2300.
Our newest quad has been progressing and should be ready this week. This quad will be used to house the Strings, Music, and STEAM specials this year. We’re excited to be a part of a growing community.
