Driver Education Replacement Card Information

Please complete the request form in order to be reissued your District 8 ("pink") card. Additionally, students will need to email a copy of their transcript showing a "P" for their Driver Education grade to Mr. Grubbs, clgrubbs@fcps.edu. There is a $10 fee to reissue the card. Payment can be made in cash or a check addressed to "WSHS". An email will be sent with instructions to pick up the card once it is ready. Please allow 3 business days to process the request. Availability during the summer will be limited- dates for pickup are posted below.

June 28
July 17
August 20
Please note that students that are over age 18 will not be given another card since they may complete the licensure requirements at the DMV.
