SCHOOL NEWS:
Dismissal at 1:00pm TODAY! Please plan accordingly. No hot lunch. Students must have ordered a sack lunch or must bring one from home.

Welcome:
- To Molly Hochstetler - new kinder teacher - Molly comes to us from Mantua ES where she has spent the last 16 years teaching kindergarten.
- To Stacey White - new special education teacher - Stacey comes to us from Fairview ES where she has been a sped. teacher for the last couple of years.
Are you looking for a job with awesome mid-day hours! You might be perfect to be one of our cafeteria hosts or hostesses. The hours are 10:30-1:30 each day working in the cafeteria and helping with behavior and student needs. Email mboland@fcps.edu if you are interested. Pay is around 15.00/hour.
Summer Reading: We have a summer reading BINGO incentive contest again this summer. Please check your child's Friday folder and the school website for info.
Progress Reports: Progress Reports are in the Friday Folder along with SOL score reports. Do not leave this in your child's backpack all summer!
Summer Dates:
- Class Placement Letters - Arrive in mailboxes the week of August 19th
- Open House - August 22nd 3pm - 4pm
- First Day of School - August 26th - 9:15am
- School Holidays - August 30th and September 2nd
- Back to School Night - September 10th - 5:30-8:00
PTA NEWS: Congrats to Jim Womack and Jenna Barron who were recognized as the PTA Volunteers of the Year for their dedication to the PTA.
2019-2020 PTA Committee Chairs/Volunteers: The PTA needs volunteers to help organize events and activities throughout the year. We are especially in need of volunteers for our Pyramid Challenge which takes place in the Fall and is a wonderful way to give back to the community.

Back to School Supplies: Tired of running around at the last minute to get your children's school supplies? Order them now and all your supplies will be delivered directly to the school. You can order online (until June 30, 2019) at www.EducationalProducts.com/shoppacks (school ID ROL012) or return the order form and payment to the school (until June 13, 2019). This year the prices are a little higher because we upgraded the headphones/ear buds to ensure long-lasting quality and comfort for your child.
