Attention Parents, TJ Athletes and Class of 2023
On June 5th, TJ is holding two very important events to ensure our athletes are ready for 2019-2020.
First, Ms. Murphy and the Colonial Athletic Boosters are coordinating Sports Physicals. Medical professionals will perform the comprehensive physicals. The screening will check height, weight, vision, vital signs, whole body flexibility, strength, posture and see the medical professional. The physical is $50 for pre-registered students and $60 for walk-ins (taken after 6pm on space available basis) and all money goes to support TJ Athletic Training! Go to https://www.fcps.edu/athletic.preparticipation.screenings to sign up. You can also bring camp forms and get them filled out at the same time! Save a trip to the doctor this summer!
Secondly, Class of 2023 Freshman Sports Preview Night will be held at 7:00 in Gym I or Gym II . This is a great opportunity to meet all our TJ coaches and talk with them one-on-one about tryouts, time commitment, summer conditioning and workouts, and all your other questions. Freshmen coming to attend this event should sign up for a 6:00 physical. You don’t want to miss this event, especially if you want to do a fall sport or sport that has summer workouts!

Sports Physicals: Registration now Open!
Dear Parents of TJ student-athletes:
TJ PHYSICAL EVENT REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!!!! https://www.fcps.edu/athletic.preparticipation.screenings
Every athlete needs a new athletic physical every school year so save some time and come out to TJ on June 5th and support the TJ Athletic Training Program. Need a BOY SCOUT or CAMP PHYSICAL at the same time? No problem, just make sure you bring all the forms with you.
Heather Murphy is coordinating this popular at-school event to ensure that our athletes are ready for the 2019-2020 seasons. Medical professionals will perform the comprehensive physicals. The screening will check height, weight, vision, vital signs, whole body flexibility, strength, posture and see the medical professional. ALL PHYSICALS MUST BE COMPLETED ON THE FEBRUARY 2017 versions! Download one from the www.tjsports.org website under forms.
