WFES Yearbook Information
We would like to let families know how yearbook distribution and payment will work this year. In the next two weeks, all WFES students will receive a yearbook along with pricing information. If you would like to keep the yearbook, you will be asked to submit payment. If you do not want to keep the yearbook, please have your student return it to his or her teacher. Please direct any questions to the office at 703-503-2300.
Library Books Are Overdue!
Library book check out is over for the year. All library books are due back to the library on Monday, June 3. Please check your child’s folders for overdue notices, which will be coming home daily after this date. These notices list any outstanding books, along with the replacement cost if the books have been lost. All library obligations must be satisfied by the last day of school. Please contact Mrs. Rapuano at alrapuano@fcps.edu with any questions.
Registering for 2019-2020 school year
Do you have a new neighbor with school-aged children? Make sure to tell them to register for the 2019-20 school year. In order for us to have all the staff we need for next year, early registration is key. Thanks for your help.
WFES Grad Walk next Monday, June 3 – please share with neighbors!
We invite all current high school seniors who attended Wakefield Forest ES to join their former classmates for our annual Grad Walk on Monday, June 3. Seniors should plan on arriving in their caps and gowns at 2:30 pm. Once assembled, they will walk through the entire school as our students and staff congratulate them and wish them well in all their future endeavors!
