Dear Panther Families,
Can you believe tomorrow is the beginning of June? Our End of the Year Celebrations begin next week and the Strings Concert is next Thursday. Please remember if you are coming in for any activities during the school day, even outdoor activities, you must sign in at the main office with your photo ID. Please be sure to arrive early to allow time for check-in.
On Monday, June 3, PTES will be having a Graduation Walk. Poplar Tree Alumni who are graduating from Chantilly High School will be visiting Poplar Tree on Monday morning. We are asking all students and staff to wear purple on Monday in support of the Chantilly Seniors.
It is such a fun time of year to be celebrating all of the amazing things that have happened this year and we look forward to seeing you all in the upcoming two weeks.

Medication Pickup
The school health room is reminding parents and guardians that all medication stored in the health room must be picked up no later than noon on the last day of school, June 13th.
Medication left in the health room after that time will be discarded. It is school policy that medications must be picked up by the parent or guardian and medication cannot be sent home with your student.
Medication authorization forms for next school year may be obtained from the school or online at https://www.fcps.edu/resources/student-safety-and-wellness/school-health-services.
If you have any questions, please contact your school health room aide, Cindy Luong, at 703-633-7410, or your school public health nurse, Lynn Kiewel, at 571-235-1993.
Please remember to add money to your child’s school nutrition account. All accounts must be brought current before the end of the school year in June.

June 13: Last Day of School and 3 Hour Early Release- Students dismiss at 12:25pm **All student medication must be picked up by a parent by noon on this day**
