With the end of the school year approaching, it is time for the Oak Hill Staff to start preparing for the 2019-2020 school year. Building a classroom of students is no easy task! We must take many considerations into account such as heterogeneous groupings and balancing academic abilities. We also consider how to maximize the support our resource teachers can provide students. Classroom teachers have input into the recommendations for next year, as will our counselors and specialists. We also value YOUR input!
Every effort will be made to place your child in the environment you request, but please know that due to staff changes over the summer and new student registrations, all requests cannot be granted. If you feel that there is pertinent information to support your child’s success for the upcoming school year, please complete this google form by May 15, 2019 to ensure it is used for end of the year tentative class placements.
