Bus Lane Parking Update

Oak View wants all families to know that the furthest five bus parking spots in the front loop will be labeled this week as BUS PARKING ONLY. Please ensure you do not park in these last five spots (furthest from the main entrance) for any afterschool pick-up activities as buses must park here when they return from their late afternoon runs.  Parking during school hours and after dismissal will still be available in the front of the building up to the newly marked bus parking spots. Thank you for your consideration!

Bravo! Bravo! Bravo!

Oak View thanks the PTA Volunteer Coordinators for this year's Oak View's Got Talent. The show this past Friday was take-your-breath-away fantastic from beginning to end! Students impressed a large audience with school songs, pop songs, piano recitals, punk rock, magic shows, puppet shows, choreographed routines, Disney favorites and so much more. The student talent at Oak View truly is unmatched and we thank all students and their families for the hours of practice put in to prepare for their debut! We look forward to even more acts next year and thank Mr. Hutzel for his intermission juggling lesson and show!

Oak View Art Extravaganza

Oak View thanks Mrs. Sousa and Mrs. Williams for their support of the Robinson Pyramid Art Show held this past Wednesday. We had over 50 pieces of student artwork on display. It was a wonderful event where students and families came to walk the gallery together and enjoy the production of not only our students but also art installations from other pyramid elementary schools and Robinson high school students. Thanks to the student for their work and our families for your support of our art programs!

Oak View was excited to welcome Mary Poppins this week. Performers from the upcoming Robinson Drama Production of Mary Poppins visited Kindergarten and First Grade to read to students and answer questions about what it is like to star in a musical.
