There are great things happening at the Chantilly Governor's STEM Academy!
 Chantilly Academy Teachers for Tomorrow
Teachers for Tomorrow provides FCPS' juniors and seniors with real life teaching experience by working with teachers as mentors. Students are even asked to prepare and teach their own lessons.There were 168 students enrolled in the program at six different schools across FCPS.
This year, Dr. Braband announced something new for students in the program. At the Teachers for Tomorrow Recognition event last week, Fairfax County Public Schools offered employment contracts to select seniors to come back and work for FCPS once they complete a teacher licensure program in Virginia. Nine students from Chantilly Academy received contracts! We look forward to the possibility of them coming back to FCPS!

 Cosmetology Connecting with Our Youngest Students
The Chantilly Academy Cosmetology Students took a break from preparing for their State Board exams to spend some time with our youngest students. The Cosmetology students helped our preschool students with creating bunnies in honor of Spring finally arriving!
