Calendar Reminder: Spring Break is April 15-19
Schools will be closed Monday, April 15, through Friday, April 19, for spring break. We hope you have a great week and get some time to relax with family and friends! Classes will resume on Monday, April 22.
School Food Account
Please remember to add money to your child's school nutrition account. All accounts must be brought current before the end of the school year in June.
High School Students Invited to Fairfax County 2019 Teen Job Fairs: Final Job Fair Will Be at Mount Vernon High School on April 27th
Fairfax County high school students looking for their first part-time job, summer and seasonal job opportunities, or who want more information about potential career pathways are invited to attend one of five teen job fairs and résumé-building workshops in Fairfax County. Local businesses and agencies will be on hand to offer a range of opportunities including part-time employment, internships, and volunteer work for prospective students.
Volunteer opportunities and résumé-building workshops will be available for younger students. Free booth spaces are provided to local businesses. The final job fair will be held on Saturday, April 27, at Mount Vernon High School from 10 a.m. to noon.

Congratulations to Robinson FBLA!
FBLA students won their 8th straight Most Outstanding Honor Chapter in Virginia Award at the VA State Championship competition! Ramtastic!
Robinson's Debate Team Competed at the VHSL Super Region 6CD Debate Tournament at Mount Vernon High School
Student Congress: Matthew Lichtblau came in 2nd place and Andrew Lichtblau came in 5th place and will move on to states. Ramtastic!
Envirothon Team Results: Mr. Webster, Sponsor
CONGRATULATIONS to Maureen Dunn, Noah Goldfarb, Selome Nebiyu, Katie O’Lara, and Julianna White for a wonderful showing at the Fairfax County Envirothon Competition on April 9th at Hidden Oaks Nature Center. These students are Robinson’s first ever Envirothon Competition Team! They came in 4th place overall, only a few points out of 2nd. They earned 1st place in the Wildlife station and 2nd place in the Soils station (after being the only team to get the tie breaker question correct!). A fantastic showing overall!
Yearbook
Be sure to buy your yearbook now. They are selling fast! A yearbook can be purchased on MySchoolBucks or https://www.YearbookOrderCenter.com using #5072 or by sending in a check made payable to Robinson. A yearbook costs $75.00. The price will go up at Senior Distribution on May 28th to $85.00.
