Expectations for Franklin vs. Rocky Run Basketball Games @ CHS
The Franklin/Rocky Run basketball games at Chantilly High School have become a fun tradition each year. In the past, our students have done a wonderful job of representing our school with pride and respect. With the privilege of being able to attend this year’s event comes student responsibility for being safe and respectful toward others.
Before your child is permitted to attend the games on Friday, March 29th, please be sure you and your child are aware of the following expectations:
- The game is taking place on FCPS property which means that all SR&R rules and regulations are in effect. Franklin students are guests of Chantilly High School and will show respect towards CHS staff members and the facility.
- All guests will show sportsmanship and respect toward other Franklin students, Rocky Run students, staff members, and law enforcement inside and outside of the building.
- Administrators and law enforcement will be on-hand to supervise student behavior. Any students who show disrespect toward others and violate the SR&R will be asked to leave without re-admittance.
- All parents/guardians are encouraged to attend the game to enjoy the action and ensure student conduct. For those who choose to drop-off their child, it is expected that all students are picked up by 9 pm. Please either contact your child or have your child contact you in advance at 8:45 to ensure they are ready for pick up.
Doors open at 5:30 PM at Chantilly High School (Door 10)
Tickets will be sold at the door for $5.00 each.
