Spring 2019 Theme: American Diner Challenge
Learning all about 3-course meals is what this session is focused on! Three themes, presented as one Combo meal for our students. We took our best summertime favorite American Cuisine recipes, used them as the basis to create an All-American Diner the campers will use to model their own restaurants, and then threw in a Chopped!-style twist, forcing the students to deal with a restaurateur’s worst nightmare—the wrong ingredients being delivered to their café!
