Last night our Girls Basketball team beat Loudon County’s Tuscarora High School in the Regional Semifinals, and secured a spot in the State Tournament. Tonight they will host Freedom High School in the Regional Finals!

Students from 22 Fairfax County public schools, have been named recipients of the 2019 Student Peace Awards of Fairfax County, designed to recognize young people who work as peacemakers.
Edison student Reem Ali is a founder of Project Humanity, which supports charities that provide international humanitarian relief via book drives; fundraising; and clothing, food, and hygiene supply drives for Syrian refugees.
Recipients will be recognized at a reception on March 10 at the Sherwood Community Center in Fairfax.
Recently, the Edison JROTC Air Rifle Marksmanship Team won 3rd place overall amongst all Fairfax County JROTC programs. The Edison HS Air Rifle Marksmanship cadets who performed well all year are: Rano Cohen, Ryan Kelly, Elizabeth Peterson, Joseph Hinkell, Chris Hung, Luke Dodson, and Ali Del Castillo.
For over 30 years, National Technical Honor Society (NTHS) has supported nearly one million top CTE students in their pursuit of higher education and recognition for their achievements while cultivating excellence in today’s highly competitive workforce in the global market.
