International Night & Talent Show

The Poe PTSA is celebrating International Night on Friday, February 22nd from 6:00-7:30pm!  Join us for a night of sharing and community!  Below is a link to a Sign-Up Genius.  Please sign up under the listed sections (Food, Artifacts, Performances); you can participate as much or as little as you would like.  Make sure to add the country you will represent in the comments section in each sign up.

Honor Roll Celebrations

Students who earned A’s and B’s for the second quarter are invited to attend a recognition celebration during Raven Time on February 14^th for 6^th graders and Friday, February 15^th for 7^th and 8^th graders. Students will report to Raven Time for attendance purposes and then an announcement will be made to report to the cafeteria. Please congratulate your students!

Our robotics scrimmage is this upcoming Saturday, February 16th, at Poe!  The event will run from 9am-3pm and our PTSA will be selling concessions throughout the day.  The detailed schedule is as follows:

9:00am Check-In & Practice

10:00am Preliminary Round

2:00pm Final Round

2:30pm Awards 

Special Olympics Basketball

Our Special Olympics basketball team will be participating in another tournament on Sunday, February 24th at Episcopal HS in Alexandria.  Once we receive the game schedule from the Special Olympics office, we will announce the game times for our team.
