 Living Wax Museum Visits CWES
On Thursday, January 24th , fifth grade AAP students hosted a Living Wax Museum! Each student worked hard in class to research and write a biography on a person of their choice. Students made their people come to life as they dressed up as them and created museum backdrops. As visitors circulated, each student recited a short speech about their figure and had their finished writing to display!
Recess Reminder
Students will continue to go out for recess during the winter months. Send your child to school with the appropriate outdoor clothing. It would be helpful to remind your child to wear their jackets when outside. Teachers will be reminding students to wear their jackets, too.
Drama Camp Registration
Do you like to act? This is your chance to shine on the big stage! The CWES Drama Camp will give you a chance to audition, rehearse, and work backstage…everything that goes into putting on a performance! We have jobs and parts for children of all interests and ability levels. We will put on a final performance of a show the last day of camp (Friday, June 21th) at 1:00 PM in the CWES gym for parents, friends and family!
