Meet our Music Team--
Mrs. Christine Thomas – General Music Teacher
Mrs. Thomas has been at Timber Lane for five years. This was one of the very first schools she taught in and she never wants to leave! She went to James Madison University and graduated with a Bachelor’s of Music in Music Education in 2013. During her time in college she worked with the Shenandoah Valley Children’s Choir and discovered just how much she loved teaching young students how to sing. She came back to work in Fairfax County where she also went to school from kindergarten all the way through 12th grade. Mrs. Thomas is passionate about teaching everyone how to use their voice in a healthy, beautiful way. When she is not singing or playing instruments, Mrs. Thomas can be found crocheting, playing video games with friends, or spending time with her husband, Josh, and her puppy, Keno.
