Hawks Athletic Club Booster Club News and Notes:
At the last general membership meeting of the Hawks Athletic Boosters, Greg Keeney was elected as the new President. Greg and his wife, Kelly have been active members of the booster club for five years. He is excited about his new position and brings to the club new ideas about fundraising and getting more people involved with this wonderful organization.
The Booster Club is in need of a new Treasurer. The current Treasurer has been in the position for 8 years now and due to work and personal commitments, she can no longer serve. Please consider giving back your time.
The Hawks Athletic Boosters and Student Activities Annual 2018 Tip-Off Basketball Tournament will be held November 28th, 29th and December 1st. We are in need of volunteers for the concession stand. The next General Membership Meeting for the Hawks Athletic Boosters will be Monday, December 10th at 6:30 PM in the Career Center. If you have a child involved in sports or soon to be involved in athletics at Hayfield, please plan on attending. We are in need of volunteers.
It is not too late to join the boosters. We have put a few of our membership packages on sale. Forms can be picked up outside Student Activities or online at www.Pay4schoolstuff.com. Remember purchasing booster passes entitles you to get into every home game in the regular season for free for the entire school year.
Our annual tree and wreath sale begins November 26th. Ken Rorer has been a huge supporter of Hawks Athletics for many years. The sale will be held at Hayfield Secondary. The hours of operation are 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
