The lunch menu for Monday, November 19th has changed due to the school closure. On Monday we will serve French bread cheese pizza and French bread pepperoni pizza.

Online shopping will be open November 16th to November 26th. Start your Black Friday shopping early! Purchases will be delivered (FREE SHIPPING!!) to the LCES Library and given to your child to bring home. Orders can be delivered to home addresses for additional shipping charge.

You can get a head start on next year’s Veteran’s Day Slideshow! If you missed this year’s deadline to submit a photo of a veteran family member for our Veteran’s Day Slideshow and you will have students attending LCES next year, please send the photo to clpenton@fcps.edu. When sending photos of your veteran(s), please include the following information: veteran’s first and last name, branch of service, names of your LCES students, and their relationship to the veteran. Each photo is edited to include that information. No other information will be included on the photo.
Having trouble finding a jacket, sweater, scarf, hat, or other item? Have you looked everywhere and you still can't find it? Maybe we have it here in our lost and found, located in the cafeteria.
Any items not claimed by Wednesday, November 21st will be donated to a local charity.
The Technology@Home Program allows FCPS families the opportunity to purchase select technology products for home and personal use at the great discounts. Our November SCA Spirit Day will be Multiples Day on Friday, November 30th! Come to school dressed as a twin, triplet, or group!
November 21, 22, and 23 are holidays and school will be closed.
Friday, December 14 is a 3 hour early release day.
Winter Break this year is December 24-January 4. Students will return to school on Monday, January 7th.
January 18th is a 3 hour early release day.
January 21 is a student holiday.
January 24 is the end of the 2nd quarter.
January 25th is a teacher workday.
Spring Break is April 15-19.
