Fall Production: Salvation Road
The Woodson Drama Department is excited to announce our Fall production of Salvation Road by D.W. Gregory. Ms. Gregory also wrote Radium Girls which was performed by Woodson Drama a few years ago. Performance dates are:
Friday November 2 at 7:30 p.m.;
*Saturday November 3 at 2:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.;
Friday November 9 at 7:30 p.m.;
Saturday November 10 at 2:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
*Of special note, on Saturday November 3rd at 2:00 p.m., D.W. Gregory and former cult members will be having a "talk back" where the audience will be able to engage with the playwright, cast, and former cult members.
"Salvation Road is inspired by a personal story and looks at the cult experience from the flip side: the point of view of bewildered family and friends left behind. Where do you draw the line between faith and fanaticism? Between a church and cult? Perhaps it is that moment when you are forced to choose."

Milk and Cookies
The PTSO sponsored Milk and Cookies event will take place next Friday, November 2nd.
Milk and Cookies is a fun Woodson tradition to celebrate our students with milk and cookies and show them positive community support. We need a lot of help from parents to make this event happen. Please visit the Sign Up Genius below to sign-up to bring cookies and/or to help us pass out cookies at school dismissal. We need around 300 dozen to make sure we have enough cookies for all, and have fallen short in the past, so please donate generously! The PTSO donates the milk for this event.
