SHE Student Directory Verification Time!

New families and returning Spring Hill families will need to enter or verify their information no later than October 15th! Please visit https://springhillpto.org/she-directory/

New Family Registration:

If you have not previously registered with the Spring Hill AtoZ online Student Directory, step by step instructions on how to register can be found by visiting our Spring Hill PTO Directory page and then following the ‘New Family Registration’ quick link.

Each Fall, parents will need to verify the information in the directory prior to the deadline. Verification is the best way for you to add OR remove contact information. If you have chosen to opt out in the past, please make sure your settings have not changed over the summer. If your information changes during the year, you can update it at any time online; changes made are published immediately.

Please visit the AtoZ Online Directory to verify your information from last year. Additional log-in instructions can be found by visiting our Spring Hill PTO Directory page and following the ‘Accessing the Online Student Directory’ link.

Our private student directory is for the exclusive use of Spring Hill students, parents and staff. The directory is to be used solely for school business (scheduling play dates, inviting students to birthday parties, emailing teachers, contacting room parents, etc.) - use of contact information for solicitation is prohibited.

Advertising in the Student Directory

There is no better way to reach the parents of Spring Hill Elementary students than by advertising in our directory - placements are available both in our printed directory and newly upgraded app. The directory is an indispensable resource and consulted regularly by Spring Hill families, faculty, and staff. Support your child’s school and your business at the same time! To advertise in the student directory, fill out this Student Directory Advertising Request Form or contact Monica Christensen at AtoZ with questions.

Any additional questions can be directed to springhillptodirectory@gmail.com.

Library Volunteers Needed!

With the children in school and visiting the library regularly, that means hundreds of books in an out of the library each week! We are looking for some additional library volunteers to help with reshelving books, assisting students that come into the library, and completing other projects as they arise. Timing can be flexible to suit you: usually 1-2 hours at a time – weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly are all possible. Training will be provided. To volunteer or ask questions please contact Maryam Malik at maryammalik713@gmail.com

National Walk and Bike to School Day

Wednesday, October 10th is National Bike or Walk to School Day!

For the ninth consecutive year, Spring Hill will celebrate the day as a way to promote physical activity while reducing traffic congestion and pollution near schools.

How does it work?

-           Bike or walk to school on Wednesday, October 10th with neighborhood friends and parents OR

-           Walk to your bus stop and ride your bus if you usually get a ride to school (this cuts down on traffic and is better for the environment)

-           All students arriving on foot (or bike or scooter) on October 10th should enter school that day through Door 7, where they can sign their name on a banner and receive a token of appreciation for participating!

Tell all your friends and join in the fun next Wednesday!
