My name is Stephanie and I’m excited to join Fox Mill ES as
the instructional technology specialist! Prior to coming to Fox Mill, I worked
at Forest Edge ES for two years, and before that I was a middle school drama
and creative writing teacher at Franklin Middle School. I love working with
children and helping them find a channel for their creativity, whether on the
stage, or with technology. In my free time, I love spending time with my family
and my 3 dogs.
Teamwork is the ability and willingness to place overall group success as a higher priority than individual achievement. Citizenship is a willingness to work towards the common good as opposed to one's own self-interest. Those who demonstrate strengths in teamwork and citizenship often work to help all group members find success. These individuals are willing to commit time and resources in order to further group goals and help toward the greater good.
Individuals with this strength might be described as:

International Jubilee - ALL WELCOME
The
Diversity and Inclusivity Committee is having it's International Jubilee
kickoff meeting on Wednesday 9/26 at 7:00 PM at FMES in the music room.
We will be discussing the feedback from last year's event, exciting
developments for this year's November 9th Jubilee event, and beginning the ramp
up plan for the event itself. If you can't make the Wednesday evening event, we
will be discussing the same topics on Friday, 9/28 at 9:00 AM in the FMES
cafeteria. Can't make either event? You can send comments/suggestions to
Allie Greene (greene.allie@yahoo.com), Lavanya Ravulapalli (lavanya.ravulapalli@gmail.com) or Amy Fujii (wooster92@yahoo.com).
MISSING EMERGENCY CARE FORMS
Our student’s safety and well-being is our primary concern,
and having updated and accurate information to contact you in case of emergency
is of the utmost importance. Reminder letters were recently sent home
with reprints, if we have not received your signed, updated Emergency Care
form. If you received a reprint, please review it, mark any necessary
changes, sign and return with your student as soon as possible. If you
have made changes by logging onto ‘WeCare’ via your Blackboard Learning 24/7
account (https://www.fcps.edu/note/30943),
simply write ‘changed ONLINE’ on the reprint and return it. If you made
changes on WeCare, you should’ve received a receipt of approval once the
changes were made. If you didn’t receive a receipt, that means we never
received your intended updates.
MISSING STUDENT RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES SIGNATURE SHEET
The Student’s Rights and Responsibilities (SR&R)
booklets were sent home during the 2nd week of school and all
classes have received lessons in order to confirm their understanding of expected
behavior at school. If we have not received your Parent/Guardian
Signature Sheet, a duplicate went home earlier this week. Please take a
moment to sign the Signature sheet and return it to school as soon as
possible.
We appreciate your help in making Fox Mill a safe and
respectful learning environment for all our students and staff.
