The Employee Assistance Program (EAP), with Guidance Resources, offers services for improved health and wellbeing. The EAP is free and automatic for all benefited employees and their household members. It’s available to assist with the daily stress of managing work, home, and personal responsibilities.
With September being Suicide Prevention Month, we want you to know there are resources available to help anyone that may be at risk. Help is only a phone call away and is available 24/7, including holidays. Call 1-855-355-9097 (toll-free), and a master’s level clinician will provide assistance over the phone. Also, Guidance Resources’ website has a variety of resources and helpful articles such as "Helping a Loved One Who May be Suicidal." (First time Guidance Resources users will need to register with the Web ID: FCPS.) Visit EAP on the intranet for more information.
