date and method will vary depending on the class you want your child to
participate. Please read carefully below.

*PhotoMath
AM - offers
students a fantastic STEM based journey through a Science, Math, Engineering
and Technology Curriculum before school.
*Hip Hop Dance- is a high energy, exciting dance class specifically
designed for children.
*Jump
for joy -
a fast paced jump rope program. You'll
learn the basic skills of jumping using long and short ropes.
*Minecraft
Modding -
teaches students important problem-solving and design skills by making changes
to the popular multiplayer game itself.
*Stop
Motion Animation - Students use still cameras, audio recorders, and Final
Cut Express to create stop-motion animation projects.
*Take
the Stage! -
Students will learn the fundamentals of acting as they develop their actor's
toolbox through theater games and acting exercises that they will apply to an
ensemble performance piece.

Girls on the Run
Registration
is now open for the Girls on the Run at CWES for students in grades 3-6! By using a curriculum that creatively integrates running with life lessons,
Girls on the Run empowers girls to develop the confidence and character they
need to become strong and healthy young adults. Registration for the Fall 2018
program is open from August 20th through September 17th , and the season will
run from September 24th through December 7th, with program-wide 5k races
tentatively scheduled for December 1st and 2nd. The standard program fee is
$175, but we also offer military and sibling discounts, as well as financial
assistance for qualifying families. For more information, go to the Girls on

Pinewood Derby! Outdoor adventures! Character and leadership development
(hidden in fun)! A one-stop shop for all of your kids. Begin your son's or daughter's
path to Eagle Scout now!
Pack meetings for both girls dens and boys dens are on the 3rd Thursday of
every month in the CWES cafeteria. Girl-only and boy-only den
meeting schedules are determined by families.
