Hello Centre Ridge Community!
It is my pleasure to announce our new Assistant
Principal at Centre Ridge Elementary, Tiffanie Wu. Tiffanie comes to Centre
Ridge from Providence Elementary school (Title 1) where she served as the
Instructional coach since 2016. Tiffanie was selected after an extensive search
and interview process, for which I wish to thank staff and community members
who participated in that process.
Mrs. Wu began her career in FCPS 14 years ago
as a 4th grade classroom teacher and team lead. She then
served as a Title 1 SUM teacher and subsequently a Math Resource coach before
taking over as the Instructional coach. Mrs. Wu holds a Master of Arts degree
in Curriculum and Instruction from Virginia Tech. She also attended George
Mason University, where she received her Master of Arts in Education
Leadership: Math Specialist and her Administration and Supervision
endorsement.
