We can’t wait to see you tomorrow!
Hawk Flight is an opportunity to pick up your student’s class schedule, purchase P.E. uniforms, yearbooks, set up lunch accounts (or fund them), sign up for a Connector Bus Pass, join a booster club, and join the PTSA.
We hope this one-stop activity will aid in a smooth start to the 2018-19 school year for you and your student. Should you be unavailable to attend, students will receive a copy of their schedule on the first day of school.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Enter through exits 1 and 9 only
- High School Schedules will be distributed in the HS Cafeteria
- Middle School Schedules will be distributed in the MS Cafeteria
- Class schedules will only be given to students with completed hard copies of the required forms:
- Emergency Care
- Health Information
- Science Lab Safety Contract
- Participation Policy (High School ONLY)
- SOL Retake Form (Middle School ONLY)
- Club Orange (Middle School ONLY)
- For your convenience, pre-printed forms have been mailed in advance. If you have filled out forms online, you must bring a hard copy with you for this event
- Booster Clubs, PE Uniforms, My School Bucks, and other school groups will be located in the gym
- Hayfield’s Technology Team will be available to assist with Parentvue Account Access
PLEASE NOTE: If you are unable to attend the 2018 Hawk Flight event, your child will be able to pick up their schedule on the first day of school, with the appropriate documentation listed above. First period classes will be posted in the main lobby and outside subschool offices on the first day of school.
