Summer Office Hours at Fairview
9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Monday through Friday
The office will be closed on July 4th
During the summer children are at risk for forgetting skills and valuable learning that they had mastered during the school year. One of the most important things that all children can do during the summer to avoid losing their newly gained reading level is to READ every day.
In order to promote reading during the summer, Fairview is teaming up with Fairfax County Public Libraries for their summer reading program. Fairview students who read the required number of books based on their grade level will be invited to participate in a Game Party during the second week of school. All forms, whether submitted in paper form or with the use of the above listed link to a Google Form, must be submitted by Wednesday, August 29 to receive credit.
