PARENT REMINDER
PICKING UP STUDENT MEDICATION AT THE END OF 2017-18 SCHOOL YEAR:
- All
medications need to be picked up NO LATER THAN 1:30 P.M. ON JUNE 15th,
2018
- Only parents
may pick up prescription medication.
- Medication
left in the Health Room after 1:30 p.m. on June 15th cannot be saved and
will be discarded according to FCPS and FCHD policy.
- Medications
may also be picked up prior to June 15th during normal hours:
Monday-Friday 8:30 am – 3:30 pm.

Reminder: New
medication forms are required for each new school year. Forms can be
located at http://www.fcps.edu/forms.shtml.
