Parent
Input Form for Class Placement
At Olde Creek ES, your child’s
success is our top priority. To help us in determining the best
educational environment for your child during the 2018-2019 school year, we
invite you to share information regarding your child’s needs using the link
below. Please know that it is optional for you to
complete this form.
https://goo.gl/forms/Kizim9JzCg4CRdW32
You may consider listing your child’s
strengths, areas for growth, and motivators as well as the characteristics of
the classroom structure that you feel will best meet your child’s needs.
We work diligently to consider all aspects of
your child when thinking about class placement. Please know that we cannot
honor requests for specific teachers.
The deadline for submissions will be June 1,
2018. Submissions of parent input from current families after this time will
not be considered during the class placement process.
