Student
Placements for 2018-19
While it is still early to be thinking ahead to next school
year, we want to give you information about class placements for the 2018-19
school-year ahead of time. The staff at Sangster works hard to place
students in an optimal learning situation each year. If you have some
information that would help us make those decisions, please send your comments in
writing to Ms. Reddel by June 8. Please do not list teacher
names. Rather, describe the learning environment in which your
child learns best.
Student Early Release Procedures
Reminder
FCPS Attendance Policy requires that
students who are being dismissed from school early for appointments or due to
illness must be checked out by a parent, guardian, or emergency contact through
the school office. Parents
or guardians must send a note to the school in advance of the early release unless it
is for an urgent situation or the student has become sick while at school.

Positivity Project (P2)
Sangster has had an amazing journey in our first year of
participation in the Positivity Project Movement! The following ideas sum up
the #otherpeoplematter mindset. Consider sharing them with your children and
putting them into practice over the summer. We look forward to growing the P2
movement with our students, staff and family next year!
✅ Recognize and appreciate the GOOD
in other people.
✅ Know that their words and actions affect others.
✅ Support people when they struggle.
✅ Cheer others on when they succeed.
✅ Are present and give other people their
attention.
