School-issued Laptops & SOL Testing - Help Needed

AP Testing
2018 AP testing is underway. Please click here to see the schedule for times and locations. Students should report for morning exams at 8:00 am. Students should report for afternoon exams at 12:00 pm. Students taking afternoon exams will not finish testing until 3:45 - please plan transportation accordingly.
Attendance Calls During AP and Online SOL Testing
During AP, IB and SOL testing at high schools from Wednesday, May 2, 2018 through Friday, June 8, 2018 the morning attendance telephone calls, texts and e-mails to home for reporting a student’s absence will not occur. This temporary suspension reflects the fact that students are often in designated testing sites within the school during the normal attendance-taking time. The evening attendance telephone calls and e-mails will still remain in place.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED for FCHS Class of 2018 All Night Graduation Party (ANGP)

The ANGP is a HUGE celebration in honor of our Falls Church graduating seniors held the evening of graduation, Thursday, June 7, 2018 from 10:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. The celebration organized by Falls Church parents, provides a safe, drug-free and alcohol-free evening for the entire senior class. Students are treated to six fun filled overnight hours of games, food, recreation, raffles, a casino and entertainment. It is held at Providence Recreation Center and is THE place to be for the graduating class to celebrate together! To make this happen we need parent volunteers, food and gift card donations. If those options don’t work….send in a monetary donation. Please contact Kim Darling at kjdarling@verizon.net with any questions.
Prom is May 19th!
Ticket sales will continue this week during lunches. Tickets are $65. Students may also purchase tickets in the main office from Colleen Lally. No ticket sales at the door.

We will be selling tickets during lunch outside the cafeteria every Friday in March, April and May. We can accept cash or checks. Please make checks payable to “FCHS ANGP”.
