Chantilly HS Sports Physical Night
Is your rising high school student
interested in participating in a HS sport? If so, a VHSL Physical Form is required.
While you are welcome to obtain a physical from your physician,
the FCPS Athletic Training program also supports you in completing this
task. The Chantilly High School Athletic Training Program will be
completing physicals on Monday June 4,, 2018 this year.
Physicals are $50 and by appointment only. You can sign
up at https://www.fcps.edu/athletic.preparticipation.screenings.
This
physical will be good for all sports and out of season practices (green days,
yellow days, and weight room workouts) for the 2018-2019 school
year. This event is a fundraiser for the Chantilly High School Athletic
Training Program and goes to support the athletes at Chantilly High School.
