Rising 7th graders

The Walt Whitman Middle School Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA) would like to invite the Fort Belvoir Upper School rising 7th grade students and families to our PTSA meeting on May 10, 2018 @ 6:30PM. It would be an opportunity for students and families to become familiar with Whitman’s PTSA activities and mission, encourage rising middle school students to use their voice to make positive changes that impact their school experience, meet other Whitman students and families, and meet our principal, Mr. Herring. If interested in attending, we encourage families to sign up at: http://signup.com/go/PdAGmNZ.

The Whitman PTSA believes that family and community engagement is a crucial component to student success. To build more community support and outreach within our Mount Vernon School Pyramid, Whitman PTSA is sponsoring a community tea, Dressed To A Tea, on May 12, 2018 from 2-4PM. This will be a great opportunity for your families to interact with our Whitman Middle School community. We invite you to share this event with your school community at: Whitman-dressed-to-a-tea.eventbrite.com.
