Student safety is a priority at Coates Elementary! Please observe the following rules when when loading and unloading students at Kiss & Ride.
1. Please follow directions
of the supervising adults.
2. Use entrance C for Kiss & Ride. See picture below.
3. Pull forward as far as
possible up to the Kiss & Ride
Begins Here sign before loading or unloading.
4. Load and unload in the Kiss & Ride area only.
5. Load and unload from the
passenger side of the car only.
6. Remain in the driver’s
seat. (Staff members will assist with car doors.)
7. Do not pass other cars during
Morning Kiss & Ride.
8. Cell phone use is
prohibited in the Kiss & Ride
lane.
9. Do not leave car
unattended or park in the Kiss &
Ride lane.
10. Exit the Kiss & Ride
lane promptly after loading or unloading children.
