– August 2 (No Camp on July 4)
This camp is only
for students attending Hughes, Herndon, Carson, Longfellow or Cooper Middle
Schools in 2018-2019. Participants must be rising 7th and 8th graders entering

The Virginia Family Nutrition Program will be at
Dogwood Connection to teach an 8 hour class on Nutrition. You will learn to cook delicious, low-cost
recipes that fit into your budget, meal planning, and exercise.
Requirements:
You need to commit to attend all sessions. You will
have only one excused absence, but they are so fun and informative you won’t
want to miss any. At the end of the class you will receive prizes that will
help you stay on track.
Course Schedule:
We will meet 2 hours, every Friday morning from
9:15-11:15 for 4 weeks, starting on April 20th until May 11th. The space is limited; first come, first
